THE 5 MIN CHANNEL
In our online academy you can access free videos to train at home.
You will be able to exercise to improve the endurance, strength, flexibility and balance in only 5 Min.
It is also recommend to do it before any training of a sport at home or during holidays, to keep fit.
Children under 12yo should be supervised by an adult during the online trainings.
Our weekly trainings are carefully planned to work different groups of muscles and moves from Gymnastics, Ballet, Modern dance Fitness and Yoga.
