> SENIORS Gym-Fit: Our Free Senior classes for over 60y.o are planned to exercise and have fun training general flexibility, conditioning and balance while trying some gymnastics and dance skills. Our training will help seniors to improve cognitive and mobility abilities, memory loss and movement disorder. Classes are tailored to each individual needs and goals. No Experience is required. To have fun is required!
