* DISCOVERY GYM: A combination of artistic and rhythmic gymnastics. It is a good way to asess little children and see what is the best gymnastics discipline for them.

** GYM-DANCE: A combination of gymnastics and dance skills in the same class teaching gymnastics skills with creativity and musicalization.

@(HA): Saturday classes are run at Harris Academy Wimbledon by Sponte Sua Gym. We combine the weekly training classes of technique and gymnastics skills with the Saturday training focusing mainly on difficulties for squads groups.
